Every step completed with the city increases your property value and attractiveness to builders. We’ll identify what needs to be done and make it happen.

No Cost = No Risk
All costs are handled by Landplay and fees get paid afterwards when the sale goes through. There is no timeline on when the sale has to happen.

Sit Back & Relax
No shovels go into dirt at this stage, so there is no change to your lifestyle, but the value of the property goes up considerably.

Stay Informed
Throughout the process we’ll keep you fully informed about the updated value of your home. As surrounding properties get sold, you’ll be the first to know via our Landplay Insider dashboard.
Preparing to develop
Whether you are in the planning phase of a new Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP) or are in the middle of a rapidly developing area, there are many factors that will affect the final value of your land. Unique considerations such as transportation routes, green corridors, stormwater drainage, distance to existing utilities and more can affect how your land can be used and what opportunities you may have when you sell. We’ll be there to help educate you along the way and ensure you get the most value for every square foot of land.

An overlooked aspect of selling land is that builders are looking for sites that are ready to start construction. They don’t want to hold land for years as the city works to settle on an NCP.
